CORRELATION OF CONCEPTS: SOUND, PHONEME, LETTER
Abstract
The article is devoted to such linguistic concepts as sound, phoneme, letter. Their interrelation is analyzed, characteristics are given to each element, their implementation in the text is described. The basic principles of spelling are considered. The primordial and borrowed words are analyzed from the point of view of the spelling and orthoepic norms of the Kazakh language.
