STEREOTYPES OF LANGUAGE CONSERVATISM AND CONCEPTS OF ORTATURK LANGUAGE, AVERAGED LANGUAGES, THE AVERAGED WORLD LANGUAGE AND THE UNIFIED SYSTEM OF WRITING OF MANKIND
Abstract
The article examines the concepts of ethnosism and ethnolinguopanism, considers the stereotypes of linguistic conservatism that prevent the creation of the Ortürk language, a system of averaged languages for groups of related languages. Modern fundamental concepts in the field of linguistics make it possible to deeply understand the essence of language, its system, structure and patterns of development, types of linguistic communities of the world›s languages. The methodologies of mathematical linguistics and computational linguistics make it possible to use the most effective mathematical and computer methods for research, forecasting and planning the processes of language development. On the basis of the concepts of ethnosism and ethnolinguopanism, the article considers the stereotypes of linguistic conservatism that prevent the creation of the general turk language, the system of averaged languages for groups of related languages, the middle world language and the global unified writing system.
