LANGUAGE COMPLIANCES OF NEOLOGISMS IN THE KAZAKH AND TURKISH LANGUAGES

Abstract

In the question of word formation in the Kazakh and Turkic languages, the author supports the opinion of scientists that «word formation is a method of language development and modernization». The factors influencing the development and modernization of the language are social, economic, political, cultural conditions that require new concepts and phenomena, etc. According to the author, linguistic identity in the Kazakh and Turkic languages is determined by the position of relevance, suitable position, aesthetic position formed in linguistics.
