В статье раскрываются принципы разделения орфографических и орфоэпических норм в газете «Қазақ», определяются особенности правописания газеты «Қазақ», изданной в начале XX века. Для того, чтобы показать особенности правописания, были представлены фрагменты текста из газеты «Қазақ».В статье также анализируются буквы, особенности их правописания квазиалфавита, который использовался в начале ХХ века.
The article reveals the principles of separation of orthographic and orthoepic norms in the “Kazakh” newspaper, defines the peculiarities of spelling of the “Kazakh” newspaper, published at the beginning of the XX century. In order to show the peculiarities of spelling, fragments of text from the newspaper “Kazakh” were presented. The article also analyzes the letters, the peculiarities of their spelling of the quasialphabet, which was used at the beginning of the twentieth century.
