Создание любого словаря - это большая научная задача, которая выполняется комплексно, а создание переводного терминологического словаря национального языка всегда является значимым событием в научной и лингвистической жизни национального языка. Если рассматривать с исторической точки зрения, то она во многом связана с периодом роста исторического и национального самосознания, формированием нации, стабилизацией литературного языка и его нормы. Термины в «Словаре имен» соотносятся с сегодняшним кириллическим написанием, рассматриваются способы создания новых слов, приводятся варианты написания новых имен по звучанию, трактовка по-казахски, их синонимические ряды, приводится альтернатива новому слову путем воспроизведения значений уже существующих слов.
В статье указывается особое место изданного в 1931 г. «Словаря наименований» в культурной, научной, языковой жизни общества начала ХХ в. как научного труда, выражающего коллективное сознание.
The creation of any dictionary is a big scientific problem, and the formation of a translation terminological dictionary of the national language is a significant event in the scientific language life of the national language at different times. If viewed from a historical point of view, it is largely associated with the period of growth of historical and national consciousness, the formation of the nation, the stabilization of the literary language and its norms. The terms in the” Dictionary of Names “ correlate with today’s Cyrillic spelling, the ways of creating new words are considered, the variants of writing new names by sound, interpretation in Kazakh, their synonymous series are given, an alternative to a new word is given by reproducing the meanings of existing words.
The special place of the «dictionary of names» published in 1931 in cultural, scientific, language life of the society of the beginning of the XX century is specified in the article as the scientific work expressing collective consciousness.
