Сегодня потенциал устного слова растет и занимает особое место в обществе. Помимо повседневного общения, устная речь может использоваться в публичных выступлениях, на сцене, в речи журналистов на телевидении, в системах электронной связи, ее воздействие значительно на занятиях учителей школ и преподавателей вузов и т.д. Соответственно при создании орфографического словаря возникает необходимость формировать и систематизировать произносительные нормы. При создании орфографического словаря также важную роль играют специальные знаки. В статье рассматриваются особенности орфоэпического словаря и функции подобных знаков.
Today the potential of the spoken word is growing, and it occupies a special place in society. In addition to everyday communication, oral speech can be used in public speeches, on stage, in the speech of journalists on television, in electronic communication systems; its impact is significant in the classroom of school teachers and University lecturers, etc. Therefore, when creating a spelling dictionary, it becomes necessary to form and systematize the pronunciation norms. Special signs also play an important role when creating a spelling dictionary. The article discusses the features of the orthoepic dictionary and functions of such signs.
