Цель исследования – определить влияние информационно-коммуникационных технологий и социальных сетей на культуру речи, речевой этикет и прагматические нормы. Эмпирическим материалом послужили образцы коммуникации на платформах WhatsApp, Telegram, Zoom и Instagram за 2023-2025 годы, а также результаты интервью с 20 респондентами. В ходе исследования выявлены три когнитивных измерения виртуального этикета: технологическая когниция (нормы платформенной и технической адаптации), эмоционально-социальная когниция (выражение вежливости и эмоций посредством реакций и эмодзи) и культурно-ценностная когниция (сохранение национального речевого этикета в цифровой форме). Результаты показали, что виртуальный этикет представляет собой гибридный культурно-прагматический феномен, который адаптирует традиционные культурные нормы к логике цифрового пространства. Анализ продемонстрировал, что виртуальная коммуникация характеризуется сокращением этикетных средств, активным использованием визуальных кодов (эмодзи, пиктограмм, аббревиатур) и новым проявлением национальных культурных кодов. Виртуальный этикет рассматривается как когнитивный и социальный механизм взаимодействия человека и технологии, а также как важная составляющая мультимодальной коммуникационной культуры. Полученные результаты имеют прикладное значение для развития цифровой языковой культуры, медиалингвистических исследований и обучения цифровому этикету.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the linguistic nature of virtual communication etiquette in the context of the modern digital society. The study aims to identify the impact of information and communication technologies and social media on language culture, speech etiquette, and pragmatic norms. Empirical data were obtained from communication samples on WhatsApp, Telegram, Zoom, and Instagram (2023-2025) and interviews with 20 respondents. The study revealed three cognitive dimensions of virtual etiquette: technological cognition (norms of platform and technical adaptation), emotional-social cognition (expression of politeness and emotions through reactions and emojis), and cultural-value cognition (preservation of national speech etiquette in digital form). The results demonstrate that virtual etiquette represents a hybrid cultural-pragmatic phenomenon adapting traditional cultural norms to the logic of digital space. The analysis demonstrated that virtual communication is characterized by a reduction in etiquette means, an active use of visual codes (emoji, pictograms, and abbreviations), and a new manifestation of national cultural codes.
