В статье рассматриваются научные и общественно-социальные основы формирования общего терминологического фонда тюркских языков. Целью исследования является создание взаимопонятного и унифицированного терминологического пространства с учётом языковых особенностей, исторической и культурной преемственности тюркских народов путём определения общих способов и механизмов терминообразования. Актуальность исследования заключается в возрастающей необходимости общего и понятного терминологического фонда для укрепления научных, культурных и технических связей между тюркоязычными странами в условиях глобализации. Авторы анализирует эффективные способы терминообразования (калькирование, образование с помощью однокоренных слов, семантическая адаптация и др.), определяя их научные и практические преимущества и возможности применения. Представленные идеи и выводы способствуют языковой интеграции тюркских народов и формированию общего коммуникативного пространства. Ценность работы – в раскрытии теоретических основ создания общих терминов на базе тюркских языков, а практическая значимость – в возможности использования этих терминов в сфере образования и науки. В заключении приведены конкретные предложения, способствующие языковой интеграции тюркских народов. Ожидается, что результаты исследования внесут значительный вклад в координацию и гармонизацию общей тюркской терминологии.
The article examines the scientific and public and social foundations of the formation of a common terminology fund of the Turkic languages. The aim of the study is to create a mutually understandable and unified terminological space taking into account the linguistic features, historical and cultural continuity of the Turkic peoples by defining common methods and mechanisms of term formation. The relevance of the study lies in the growing need for a common and understandable terminology fund to strengthen scientific, cultural and technical ties between Turkic-speaking countries in the context of globalization. The authors analyzes effective methods of term formation (calquing, formation using cognate words, semantic adaptation, etc.), determining their scientific and practical advantages and possibilities of application. The presented ideas and conclusions contribute to the linguistic integration of the Turkic peoples and the formation of a common communicative space. The value of the work is in revealing the theoretical foundations for creating common terms based on the Turkic languages, and the practical significance is in the possibility of using these terms in education and science. The conclusion provides specific proposals to promote the linguistic integration of the Turkic peoples. It is expected that the results of the study will make a significant contribution to the coordination and harmonization of common Turkic terminology.
